Available Positions

Technical Support

Duties include:

  • Answering technical support calls and guiding customers through setup and troubleshooting of our products
  • Reading and responding to support and presale email inquiries
  • Some internal computer system and network maintenance
  • Learning tasks of other team members to act as backup support
  • Software and hardware testing and bug reporting

This is a full time entry level position requiring:

  • Basic familiarity with computers and Windows operating system and related applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong desire to learn and grow into new opportunities

Additional skills and experience (not required, but desirable):

  • Experience in a customer service related position
  • Familiarity with Mac OS X and related applications
  • Experience building computers and related hardware

Schedule/Working Hours:

  • Full time (40 hrs.)
  • 8am - 5pm (1hr. lunch)
  • Monday - Friday

Compensation:

  • Dependant upon experience and education
  • Hourly to start with opportunity for promotion to salaried position
