mouse button ClickLock function

Is there a way to make Toggle function with the mouse click?

A Visual Basic programmer may have a way to do this, but for standard users (myself included) this is not something that can be done via the GUI however we can get close.
One way would act as a "shift" rather than a "toggle", in this way you would program a "Left Mouse button down" on the "Press" event and then a "Left Mouse button up" on the "Release" event (making sure to check the "Separation of up and down strokes" box in the Macro window.
Another way, closer to toggle but using two buttons would be to program the "Left Mouse button down" to one button and the "Left Mouse button up" to another button.
These mouse functions are found in the "Functions Tab>Show Functions>Mouse>Button".
