Done the calabration no probs then a massage pops up Unable to load DDL @RailDriver DLL@: The specified module could not be found. (Excemption from HRESULT:0x8007007E. I have looked through the forums and on the http://raildriver.com/support/TrainSimulator.php and followed the instrution. however i have tryed changing the C: to F: which is where my steam is installed but it keeps coming upwith the same issue,
{"F:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\plugins\", "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\plugins\"}
{"F:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\plugins\", "F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\plugins\"}
I have checked in my C: programs files x86 and steam is no there. Can anyone help. Many thanks muttlie99.

Re: installation of cab controllerail

Hi,

Please make sure you have located the actual location of "RailDriver.dll" on your computer and that the path matches exactly.

Also ensure  that when you were editing all files it "took" so to speak (if you skip the step to run Notepad as administrator it will not take). Reopen the files to check that they are still showing your edits.

And finally, make sure you are not simply editing the file that lives next to MacroWorks 3.1. The most important file is the one found in your hidden user area. You need to show hidden files and folders in Windows to see it. Then go to: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\PI Engineering\MacroWorks 3\MyScripts\RailDriver - Either delete the .mw3 file there, to force it to pull the file from MW3.1 again, or edit it as well.

Re: installation of cab controllerail

If you are continuing to get the error, it points to the path not being exact yet. Be sure your folder structure is the same as in the file, not just the drive letter.

Please send any screenshots to tech@piengineering.com.

Re: installation of cab controllerail

I was under the impression you told him the actual product was faulty. I have received it back today (as I was the seller of this item) and I have uninstalled it completely twice and installed it fresh twice and it works perfectly. No errors at all, just followed the forum for windows 10 installation.

Video will follow. The root folders where clearly not right somewhere. The raildriver.dll means you have a wrong path regardless of how much of a computer specialist you are, it was not a faulty product it was an incorrect installation. It only takes looking over one path and it messes it all up.
