Hi, I just wanted to share my "new application" template that I use for my Macbook Pro using ControllerMate and the XK-24.
I'd been trying to figure out a good way to remember what each key did (I have multiple keyboard maps for some application e.g. lightroom-library and lightroom-develop etc) and I've landed on using notes for my workaround to label and remember each keys functionality.
It looks like this on my MacBook Pro:
The text keys on the right can be deleted if you don't need to label your rows. (e.g. edit, navigate, brush, export etc.)
The only thing you may need to adjust to get the bold red text is in ControllerMate>Preferences>Building Block Notes. I have my font set to Helvetica Bold and Red.
Modify to suit your needs but I've found it helpful to me and I wanted to share with other X-Key users!
I would also like to thank you for the publication. The templates are really good and truly worthy. I was also trying to figure out a good way to remember each key. Ad removed
