How to program frame by frame in TriCaster AE

I pretty much get it. As a certified TriCaster operator I understand the Macro process pretty well. What I don't understand is how to move frame by frame in the jog wheel. The fact that I don't know how to move frame by frame in the TC8000 UI might have something to do with it. Anybody got any ideas? I know it can be done because there is a company on the NewTek user forum that sells an Xkeys 12 jog/shutttle that does move the DDR's frame by frame.

Re: How to program frame by frame in TriCaster AE

Hi there, I wanted to give you a quick note to let you know I have seen your post. Unfortunately, we're not well-versed in how to do this with the TC8000.

Have you contacted NewTek support? It sounds like there's a way to do it, so I suspect it's something they could answer for you.
